Domino's Pizza | Umaro Mall, Lucknow — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I ordered frequently on app and on Zomato/Swiggy and always this store is alloted to me as it is near to my house. Usually I ordered Pizza mania with a fresh pan crust but they always send with classic hand tossed crust. I complaint repeatedly but no response has been provided from their end. Their delivery partners are very rude they don't know how to talk and behave. They don't even know the meaning of deliver to home. Always ordered me to come down and take the delivery on the road. Like they are giving me free pizza. Third class taste, third class service and third class delivery boy. That is why I uninstalled Domino's app and switched to Oven...

I will Not recommend Any individual to visit this outlet , staff is totally uncooperative they are busy in their on stuff All the time, at the noon 2 PM i visited this branch on 13th may And billing staff said me " Do not order anything right now , do not even with the app, the staff is busy , But i have seen they were going outside to meet their freinds " " अभी कुछ ऑर्डर मत करियेगा ऐप से भी मत करियेगा स्टाफ खाली नहीं है " What The Hell staff is doing if they are not taking our order's. The service was too slow and the product i got was cold and dry. I had waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to eat a cold pizza and whenever i asked the staff tha how much it is gonna take ther were saying " bhai jab aayega tb hi to denge " and said wait for 5 min more. While i was waiting for my order new customers came ate their pizza and left while i was just looking at their faces waiting .
