Domino's Pizza | Uttam Palace, Sapru Marg — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Poorest service ever at Sapru Marg Branch. Person at the counter "Mukul" was extremely rude. First he refused to return any change, when we gathered the change we needed, he started talking on the phone instead of punching in the order. When he came back he said to wait 20 minutes. But our order was not confirmed yet. For 25 mins we did not receive any message confirmation or any receipt or an order number from the person. Generally we receive a message within 60 seconds of placing an order. So we knew our order wasn't confirmed yet. We went back to the counter to enquire and after quarelling for a bit another employee named "Vipin" intervened and said that don't make a scene or our order will be cancelled.We found out that they hadn't even started with our order yet, so we asked him to cancel our order. That is when he went inside and started ignoring us. After MULTIPLE LOUD requests to cancel our order they finally did and refunded our amount. Also the not returning the change thing, they were doing to everybody. Even when we had given them change, they said exact same thing to the next customer saying they cannot return any change, not even ₹20. Moreover, the order screen was frozen for the whole duration we were there. I wish I could rate zero stars on...

Well the service was not good at all. Food was okay, A one time try. Maybe this particular branch of Dominos didn't serve good pizza 'cause I have eaten in other Domino's branches too like those of Dilshad Garden and Connaught Place. They served good pizzas with fresh crust and loads of cheese. But this branch's pizza lacked enough cheese and felt really dry. Also even the crust wasn't fresh and all powdery and crumbling. DISLIKED the pizzas. Only thing that was good here was pepsi but they don't manufacture it and Pepsi is packaged and manufactured by different company. Dominos just sell pepsi but doesn't manufacture it. That's why soda tasted good. But pizzas and bread crust were the worst.I wanted to eat hot choco lava muffin but they didn't even have that which was clearly mentioned in the menu. Also they didn't have Onion capsicum pizza which is one of the most basic pizzas served almost in every other...

I placed an order through swiggy and after few minutes it was showing in 2 mins your order will be picked but after 30 minutes when I opened the app I found my order is already delivered when we tried to contact with them they responded your number is wrongly updated(which was not) and in spite of various call delivery boy doesn't even pick the call therefore we visited the outlet saprumarg hazratganj and they were also clueless and had no idea and was not in a situation to provide resolution,when delivery boy was asked why he updated the status delivered when it was not delivered he responded "hum pagal hain kya jo itni door gye phone nahi mila toh hum update kar diye delivered aap log pagal banate ho"delivery boy name Ashif Hussain,nobody was accountable they were just accusing each other.
