My recent visit to McDonald's was a delightful experience, primarily due to their innovative Kartik Aaryan meal. This offering not only satisfied my taste buds but also provided excellent value for money.

We went to Fun Mall McDonald's restaurant but it was closed under maintenance so my father rushed to Hazaratganj McDonald's restaurant somewhere around 11'o clock. When we arrived there, my younger sister, 5 years of age was crying to get McDonald's but at the front gate, the security guard stopped us and said that the restaurant closes after 11'o Clock and we couldn't get anything then the Manager came out and told us that the restaurant is closed now and we can't make any payment after 11'o clock, he wasn't letting us inside saying that the machines were out of service now and the batch was fixed, my father was begging him saying that my sister wants to get McDonald's. After some argument, he let us inside and showed that the machines wouldn't accept cash or card for transactions but one of the employees, Mr. Rahul Raj had a spark of humanity and gave my sister a cup of icecream. He is an example of humanity and his actions were unmatched compared to other employees working there at the time. We highly appreciated Mr. Rahul Raj and hope he makes excellent progress in the future. Our best wishes be with him.

I recently visited McDonald's, and I have to say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. I tried to claim an offer through the McDonald's app, but the technical glitches were unbearable. After going through the tedious login process, the app continuously crashed and failed to apply the offer.

This was my first time using the app, and it left a very bad impression. The staff at the location were unable to assist with the technical issues, leaving me frustrated and without the offer I had hoped to redeem.

This kind of technical incompetence is unacceptable, especially from a company as large as McDonald's. I strongly urge McDonald's to address these app issues immediately.
