I never write low reviews but I feel the need to warn foodies not to go here… I wanted a nice rooftop (which we definitely got!!) and some awesome Indian food. Sadly, nothing we ordered was tasty. In fact, I’ve had frozen Indian dinners and canned curries that taste better. After 3 weeks traveling around India, the lack of flavor in this food, the quality of the overcooked chicken, and the dried up “fresh” veggies really took me aback. And oh my god, the malai kofta had massive sugar granules in the kofta (which wasn’t kofta but more like a sweet potato casserole) and was the one actually inedible thing so whatever you do don’t get that lol. I can’t speak for the western items on the menu, for which there were plenty. Maybe this spot is meant to cater just to foreigners. But if you came to India excited for good Indian food- do not go here. There are other rooftops that might have tastier food with the same beautiful ambience. And lastly, they told us only after the meal was over that it was cash only. This isn’t a big deal just a minor pet peeve.

One of the highest rooftops in Varanasi, great for overlooking the city! No lights in the evening though which makes it hard to see your food. There are inside options if preferred. The food itself was tasty, though service was quite slow. But the staff were nice and friendly. A few monkeys on the roof sometimes.

As an international, I didn't react poorly to this food. It's also tasty and well-priced! Rooftop has a good view of the city. Patrons are tourist-friendly as it's atop a hotel. Wish there was Wifi here.

Absolutely a joke! it took almost 20 minutes to someone appears in the lounge, the waiter didn’t speak any English, another waiter came to take the order and surprising it was right. After the main course, asked dessert for take away, took again more than 30 minutes and the waiter who speaks English came with the bill, without dessert and they say they are closing. The waiter who doesn’t speak any English came again with the dessert, but on the plate, Asked one more time to take away, they took one of the desserts back and kept looking at us like??? what you doing??? Absolutely ridiculous....

The food is decent, not exceptional but good, the service was also good. A round of applause for the cleanliness, nothing exceptional, I clarify right away, nothing to do with the European standard, but I have to say that it is one of the cleanest I have found in India, and for this alone they will never understand how much I thank them. Finally the visit is really pleasant and there is a net to stop the monkey friends, so you can watch their exploits between the roofs, but without someone else having to act as a policeman at...
