Read moreIf you find yourself wandering the vibrant streets of Varanasi and your taste buds crave an authentic, mouth-watering snack, look no further than Neelu Kachori. This place is an absolute gem, and I’m thrilled to share my delightful experience with you.
Firstly, the kachoris at Neelu Kachori are unlike any I have ever tasted before. They are incredibly small, cute, and bursting with flavor. The size might be small, but don’t be fooled – these tiny kachoris pack a punch! They are perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside. The attention to detail in each kachori is evident, and it's clear that Neelu Bhaiya, the mastermind behind this culinary delight, takes immense pride in his craft.
What truly sets Neelu Kachori apart, however, is not just the food but the overall experience. Neelu Bhaiya himself is a delightful personality. His warm and welcoming nature instantly makes you feel at home. He has a knack for making his customers feel special, and his passion for serving the best kachoris in Varanasi is contagious. You can tell that he pours his heart into every batch he makes.
The accompanying sabzi is another highlight. It’s packed with rich, flavorful spices that complement the kachoris perfectly. The combination is nothing short of spectacular. My friend and I were so impressed that we ended up ordering two plates each – and every bite was an absolute joy.
The place is always buzzing with locals, which is a testament to its popularity and the quality of food served here. It’s no surprise that Neelu Kachori has become a well-known stop for kachori lovers in Varanasi. The ambiance is filled with the aroma of freshly cooked kachoris and the chatter of happy customers, making it a truly enjoyable dining experience.
I cannot recommend Neelu Kachori highly enough. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, this place is a must-visit. The unique, delectable kachoris and the amazing hospitality make it a standout spot in Varanasi. Do yourself a favor and try Neelu Kachori – you will not be...
Read moreThe taste of the hing khachories with no garlic and onion are awesome. The freshly made kachories fried in desi ghee are so delicious that in your entire life you will always remember the taste. But the shop is too small and their is no in house dine in option available, you will have to eat on the street with people moving on the street will make your experience a dit pathetic and also although the owner is humble and treats each costumer with love and patience but due to overcrowded, he doesn't pays attention to who is coming first order who is standing from long time. Which I feel as a responsible shop owner is your first duty to see and give kachories to who is coming first at your shop. Also the burner is placed on the road which is not right as it shortens the width of the road making it difficult for people to move on the road. Overall the place and the taste of khachories are 10 on 10 and it is must recommend to try atleast one. But the owner must take of the negative points which I mentioned. Liked...
