Raja Thandai is a famous spot for old timers of Lucknow. It's quite secluded but its bright red board can be seen from the gol darwaza chowk.

The thandai was mediocre but it chilled my body after navigating chowk in the intense sun, so maybe it did its role. Overall 60₹ for a cup of thandai with crushed ice might look like a lot but people pay for it without a second thought.
