Red Chilli Restaurant, located near Sankat Mochan Crossing on Lanka Road, offers a pure vegetarian dining experience with a wide range of North Indian, South Indian, and Indo-Chinese dishes. The ambience is simple and comfortable, suitable for casual family outings, student gatherings, or quick meals.
Many visitors appreciate the taste of dishes like masala dosa, rava dosa, chole bhature, veg noodles, and chilli paneer. The food is generally served hot and fresh, and the portion sizes are decent for the price. The restaurant is often visited during lunch hours and evenings due to its convenient location in a busy area of Varanasi.
Service is polite, and the staff usually respond quickly to orders. The place is kept reasonably clean, and the seating arrangement is comfortable for both small and medium-sized groups. Dine-in and takeaway options are both available.
Some customers feel that the pricing could be slightly high compared to the food quality, and variety may be limited if you visit frequently. Still, for many regulars, it remains a go-to spot for light meals and vegetarian comfort food.
Overall, Red Chilli Restaurant serves as a reliable place for vegetarian food lovers who prefer a straightforward, no-fuss...
Read moreOn 27 August, 2023 I had a very bad experience in this place. I came to Varanasi with my mother for tourism. In ₹300+ I ordered half plate combination of paneer chilli and veg fried rice plate for one person. The quantity was so so less that it couldn't even fill half my stomach. It was literally a joke. When I gave my review to the owner, the owner instead o taking the feedback started to argue and give racist comments.

I won't suggest tourist to visit this food outlet. More because of the rude behaviour of the owner. He thinks customers as slaves. He is racist and has superiority complexity. He treats tourists as a one time money extraction machine. Loot as much as you can and then show the...
