The ambiance was peaceful with magnificent interiors along with comfortable seatings and combined with excellent lighting made it magical. The staff was well trained which was being reflected in their humble, polite and cooperative nature.

The cocktails and mocktails were worth applauding and also were made quite professionally making them a definite try.

I have planned my birthday to celebrate at zync,everything was good but their management people are worst,they dont know how to handle their customer,they have only management degree but they dont have manner how to behave with their customer.Mr.Vishal Sharma the manager of the zync at that moment who were looking after the customer at that time is not a person suitable for that post because he dosnt know how to behave and how to react with their customer.I would suggest all the people who are planning to celebrate the party over there please be clear with their management.I must say food was good,ambiance was good,hospitality of the junior worker were good but that guy Mr.Sharma the manager of the zync at that time is not suitable for that post.
