Wow! Momo — Restaurant in West Bengal

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wow Momo in Chandannagar, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The food quality is simply outstanding. Each momo was fresh, delicious, and bursting with flavor. The variety of options available caters to every palate, ensuring that there is something for everyone.

What stood out even more was the wonderful behavior of the employees. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made sure that every customer felt welcome and well-served. Their friendly demeanor and prompt service added a great deal to the overall dining experience.

One small suggestion for an even better experience would be to install a hand wash basin, and if possible, a washroom as well. This would greatly enhance the convenience for customers, making it a perfect spot for not just a quick bite but a relaxed meal.

Every order were not very tasty and healthy. The customer service was very poor. When I with my father went there, I requested that could I place my order by staying outside the store as I could pay by digitally - Debit Card, Credit Card and UPI. The counter lady with the service in-charge man informed us that if we wanted to place our order then we needed to go inside the store and stay in a so gather queue which was unnecessary they were creating gathering, on 5 persons but standing closely. Even, I noticed that the store incharge was smoking outside and after getting inside he didn't sanitize his hands also started placing the order. So many mistakes and dirty things were taking place there. I wish to everyone that before placing your order at least think 10 times now when CoronaVirus is...

Edited Review (After 3+ Orders): Okay now I think this place deserves low rating because of the way they operate. I ordered on swiggy, they called me saying that one of the ordered item was not available, so they will replace with alternatives. But again after a week, same thing happened on 2nd and 3rd order. Nail on coffin: They gave me rotten sauce, it had unpleasant smell when i opened. I recommend ordering from local momo shops, their pricing and quality will be better compared to this rotten mess.
