Worst experience dining in at Dominos Kodambakkam today. The person taking our order was not able to handle the system and took too long for taking the order. Time taken for ordering would have been enough to get the garlic bread ready. All the online orders were given first preference and pur order was getting delayed We got part order first and in that also the garlic breadsticks were cold and seemed like it was made and kept a long time back. On complaining they accepted it and made another which again took a lot of time. The other part which was one of the pizzas got delayed a lot because they forgot to remove the ingredients which had told to while ordering which was also one of the reasons for too much delay in noting down the order. But no use as the pizza had told be made again and we had to wait again. Worst part! After the pizza was remade, it looked so horrible with gigantic sized onions and tomatoes that the pizza looked so bad and taste was also not good. The pizza was not cooked well also. I so regret not taking a picture of that pizza for this review. Literally it felt like a quarter onion piece fully there and not cut at all. On asking also they had the audacity to say our pizza is like this only.
There was another thing which l have not mentioned in the points earlier where I had requested if they had a C Type Cable for charging my phone and she did not have the courtesy to even give a thought or ask others as there were atleast 5 people but she straight away said its not available and that she cant do anything. I did not put this as a separate point as this is also not expected from them as a mandate but just thought a humane person would have...

Absolutely terrible experience with this Domino’s outlet at Sukumar Square, Kodambakkam. I placed an order at 8:58 PM and waited for over two hours, only to receive a WhatsApp message at 11:16 PM saying my order was cancelled — without a single call, update, or explanation.
Tried calling the store multiple times → calls went unanswered or kept engaged.
Contacted customer care → even they couldn’t reach the store!
Finally, the order was silently cancelled after making my family wait hungry for hours.
After checking Google reviews, I realized this isn’t an isolated case — similar complaints about delays, unresponsive staff, and silent cancellations are common here. Clearly, this store has serious operational issues and zero accountability.
Domino’s, this is unacceptable. If you value your customers, fix this store...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with this Domino’s outlet. I placed an order through Swiggy, but no delivery rider was assigned even after a long wait. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. Since Swiggy doesn’t handle customer support for Domino’s orders, I was stuck with no way to cancel or get help.
Three days later, someone from the branch finally picked up my call after calling the number in GMaps and asked me to raise a refund request. They assured me I would get a callback to process the refund, but that never happened. I followed up again, but once again, no one answered. Then the order was marked as “delivered”, I couldn’t do anything after that.
