The absolute worst KFC I've ever been to. One is strongly advised against using Central's KFC. Very poor customer service; I would rather use a different adjective than the absolute worst You can find three to four different options on the menu board, such as burgers, double chicken rolls, hot and crispy chicken, etc. However, none of them will be available if we place an order, so I really don't understand why the heck they put the products on the menu board if it's not available.
These are the problems I encounter with them. When I requested a boneless stip after waiting in line for 15 to 20 minutes, they told me it was unavailable. The next time I waited in line and ordered smoked chicken, the same thing happened. The next time I waited and ordered for chizza, the same thing happened, it's unavailable.
Yesterday. I inquired about the availability of the double chicken roll before getting in line. They responded yes by nodding their head so I waited in line to place my order. However, after 15 minutes and when my turn came and ordered for it, they told it's not available. then wonder why in the world they said yes and made me stand in queue.
Only their negligence and poor customer service could account for what transpired. They are quite reckless in how they handle their customers. They are merely poking fun at the KFC name.
