Traveling from Canada this is one place on my bucket list I wanted to try. I tried the giant combo they had for Rs 999 and honestly that can feed 4. The Seer fish or vanjaram - 2 solid pieces was really nice, fish curry in meen satti was rustic, suraa puttu was yummy, the crab masala was spicy and crunchy and Prawn thokku was a good add on. Service was spot on. Place is clean and they gave me mooru and extra appalam etc. The lady serving took good care to make sure I got what I needed. This place is the epitome of TN food culture..basic, simple and just good food. The owner was friendly and the other gent serving, I believe Murgan was happy to serve as well. This is a good budget friendly sea food place that serves fresh food in the most simple way on a banana leaf. Must try in Chennai. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was far below expectations—nothing we ordered was even remotely enjoyable. Every dish turned out to be a complete letdown.

Adding to the unpleasantness, the waitress was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She was loud, abrasive, and even yelled at customers for no apparent reason, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

The owner, who initially persuaded us to order more, was dismissive when we tried to provide feedback. Instead of addressing our concerns, he simply gave sarcastic smiles, which only made the situation more frustrating.

In short, it was a terrible experience, from the poor quality of food to the rude behavior of the staff. I would not recommend this...

I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant. To start with, the food was absolutely terrible. Not a single dish was even remotely tasty. Everything we ordered was a complete disaster.

To make things worse, the waitress was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was harsh, loud, and even shouted at customers for no reason. It made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable.

As for the owner, he initially convinced us to order more meals, but after we tried to share our feedback, he completely ignored us. Instead, he responded with sarcastic smiles, which just added to the frustration.

Overall, it was a terrible experience, from the awful food to the rude staff. I wouldn't recommend this...
