Madras Coffee House is a Chennai-based establishment that offers authentic coffee. Having frequented their outlets, I was delighted to discover this location while traveling from Loyala College to Nungambakkam.

Although the outlet is not easily visible, it's a must-visit. I ordered samosas and veg rolls, both of which were outstanding. However, the provided sauce was of poor quality and insufficient. I recommend that they improve this aspect.

The dates smoothie was a pleasant surprise, with a blend comparable to leading fresh juice outlets.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a service issue. After paying 520 rupees, I received 205 rupees (bill amount 314) in change, but the staff neglected to provide the remaining 1 rupee or acknowledge the discrepancy.

This oversight highlights the importance of attention to detail in customer service. Even small tea shops typically inform customers of such discrepancies.

To ensure long-term sustainability, Madras Coffee House should prioritize providing better service to complement their quality products.

(Read fully)I just stopped by to have Rosemilk. One glass was Rs.50. It was good. I had two. It was thick and they have added ice cream probably to make it smooth and refreshing. I went in the morning so I could not eat anything because the shelves were empty. The person was customer friendly and attended to us with enthusiasm and a generous smile. It made our day. Thankyou. Excellent customer service @ at this new outlet of MCH. The courteous friend behind the coffee maker asked for my preference and made a coffee exactly the same way. In particular he asked for its taste when was returning the tumbler and davara. Added to this one is a good joint inside which hot tiffin items. The new added attraction ischaat counter in from of the coffee counter. A must for people come little tired from Anna nagar, Nungambakkam side can definitely have a pit stop here and recharge yourself. Good place available for parking also. 5...
