i recently had the pleasure of dining at ina ré restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. the ambiance is both elegant and inviting, perfect for a memorable meal.
food: the menu offers a delightful array of dishes. the starters, like the classico ceviche and red snapper tiradito, were fresh and flavorful. the crispy eggplant 'milanese style' and braised pork tacos were standouts, perfectly balanced in taste and texture.
main courses: the main courses were amazing. the australian stokyard beer tenderloin and roasted pumpkin salad were beautifully presented and delicious, making the meal really enjoyable. the beef was cooked flawlessly!
drinks: the drinks menu was equally impressive, with expertly crafted cocktails that complemented the food perfectly.
service: service was top-notch. the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit.
overall: ina ré restaurant excels in every aspect, from the exquisite food and drinks to the warm and professional service. it's a place where attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. highly recommend! can't wait to return and try more of their incredible menu. five stars all the way!

Read moreThe service and atmosphere of this restaurant is amazing. I was dining solo and had the Red Snapper tiradito, fire grilled tiger prawns, smoked baby romaine lettuce, and bread basket. Also the creme brulee for dessert. The red snapper is nice, but the sauce is quite strong (tart) and not sure what to eat it with. I tried with the bread, but they didn't pair well. The lettuce was perfect, balanced.
The tiger prawns were disappointing. I misread this and thought I was getting those king prawns that are common at similar restaurants, but this was just regular prawns you can get anywhere...but roughly $20 USD for 3 prawns... It was cooked well, but again, the sauce is too overpowering.
I am happy they were able to provide a half portion of bread for me. The breads were all warm and fluffy, but could use more salt or serve with salted butter instead of plain. I think two of the breads had olives in it but were both quite bland. Even then, it didn't pair well with the sauces 🤔.
The matcha sorbet on creme brulee was interesting. The taste together is pretty good but the sorbet melted quickly and wasn't the right ratio.
Overall I think I spent around $50 USD which is quite high for Bali, even at high end restaurants. Nothing wowed me here, so I wouldn't...
Read moreWe had a truly exceptional dining experience at In A Re. We ordered: • Oysters – fresh and beautifully presented, these were a delight to both the eyes and the palate. • Caviar – an absolute feast, both visually stunning and indulgently delicious. • Lobster Pasta – an absolute must-try, rich and satisfying. • Striploin – cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. • Tarte Tatin – a delightful cold take on the French classic that we devoured in seconds!
The cocktails were divine, expertly crafted and perfectly complementing the meal.
Service was outstanding. Our waiter, Alan, was friendly, attentive, and ensured we were well cared for throughout the evening. Rudi stopped by for a lovely chat and shared the fascinating Kitsune origin story, adding a special touch to the evening.
The venue itself is classy and elegant, with a refined ambiance that matches the exquisite dining experience. The staff uphold exceptional standards, making this a truly memorable visit.
Highly recommend! We hope to pop by for one of their...
