Poke Poke — Restaurant in Bali

a total letdown. the first time i came there the salad i ordered was so delicious, but after coming for a second time it felt like they were preparing the salad too quickly, just to get me out of the way because they were chatting and doing nothing... and in fact the measurements of the ingredients were off the charts, I couldn't see the other ingredients at all... they had put too much tofu, like too much, it was practically a tofu salad, you can see they didn't put any effort into it. 105k for a salad like that and 20k for a bottle of water with an exorbitant tax is crazy. It's not worth it, they didn't even listen to me when I said to put the sauce on the side because I didn't understand what it was, and guess what? They didn't listen to me and I didn't like the sauce at all but it was already in the salad and they didn't even offer to change it. i can tell they weren't taking me...

I ate there today and was more than disappointed. The poke bowl i ordered was wayyy too salty, it was inedible. I only ate a few pieces of mango and had to leave the rest because i really could not eat it.. The service staff was not to be seen as they sat down/hid behind the counter to be on their phones. When we went there too pay and bring back the uneaten bowl, they did not even ask if we enjoyed the food but instead just asked us to pay although they saw my bowl was barely eaten from. When I told them that the bowl was way too salty so it couldn't be eaten, they just said that, well, it is the soysauce that is in the base and that was it. No apology, nothing, they just asked us to pay next door. I've had soysauce before, it's not supposed to make your whole food so salty it's inedible... I don't know what I'm more disappointed with, the food or the bad service. Would not...

BE CAREFUL! Food poisening. Unfortunately, i would not come again! 2 days ago in the evening i ate a tuna bowl and during eating i was thinking already: „mhh you chew quite long on that tuna“. In the night, i got my bad surprise. Horrible nausea and i started vomiting immediatly. I dont want to go into more detail. I suffered from a horrible Stomach infection that lasted until the next day, fever included. That raw tuna was obviously bad fish quality or not cooled sufficiently! This was the worst food poisenig i ever had! And i know you guys will probably say, me and my stomach are not used to indonesien health and hygiene standart. But no. this has nothing to do with hygiene but with not sufficient cooling and/ or bad fish quality! I eat regulatly raw fish with good quality and this never happened before.
