Visiting this place was a real disappointment. The service was awful! There are call buttons on the tables, but what’s the point if no one responds? I waited over 10 minutes for the bill, even though I was in a hurry. I had to go up to the bar myself to ask to pay. The staff were just chatting away, completely ignoring the dining area.

❗️On top of that, the quality doesn’t match the prices at all!! This was the worst cappuccino I’ve had in Bali. For almost 60,000 rupiah (prices on the menu don’t include the additional 16% in taxes), you get a regular-sized coffee that tastes like it’s from a 3-in-1 packet. It was bland and somehow slightly sweet, even though I didn’t add any sugar. After such a bad coffee, I lost all interest in ordering any food.

➕➕➕ P.S. Okay, I may have been too harsh about the atmosphere. I appreciate that you took the time to address my concerns. I understand that your establishment is not primarily a coffee shop, but I believe that every item on the menu should meet a certain standard of quality regardless.

Also, while your humor as a defensive reaction is understandable, as a customer, I find such a mocking and dismissive response unpleasant and it completely ignores my negative experience.
