I am so happy I tried out this place. One of the most delicious places in Ubud with the sweetest owner!
They have two food options to choose from- one is a buffet style option where you can select various food and each item has a different price (very affordable ranges from 3-8K). I had a plate that cost about $1 USD and I was full. I strongly recommend this option as they have a lot of vegetarian/vegan things to choose from but they also have fish and chicken. Very very delicious.
The other option for food is from their standard menu which varies from western to Indonesian dishes. Prices range from 40K and so on- still affordable. I can’t speak to the menu options as I haven’t tried it but I am sure it is good.
They have drinks as well from smoothies, tea, coffee and so on. I tried the kopi susu (a spin on the Vietnam or Thai coffee) and it was delicious. It comes with a small ginger snap cookie. This was also about $1 USD.
Overall the prices for the items are affordable and reasonable. It’s also a huge plus that the food and drinks were yummy!
They currently are running a promotion that include a free ice tea with the buffet and a free donut with your coffee. I had both and it was yum. It was a nice surprise to get them! For the donut I chose the Apple option and wow it was so good and even has small apples within the donut which I love as donuts tend to be on the drier side.
They have desserts as well in their window and they looked good but I was full from all my food.
They also have books available for reading or a book exchange if you have any to donate. I love seeing cafes that have this and would go out of my way to go. Reading is knowledge people.
Seriously go to this place and support local business. You won’t...
Read moreI loved the “Our Signature” coffee mocktail, so yummy and such a thoughtful and great creation. I also enjoyed the breakfast with the avocado toast, pancakes, fresh fruit and jamu. Only the bread from the avocado toast was a bit too dry and the avocado spread a bit too garlicky for my personal liking, but the rest was very yummy. I also do really enjoy their teriyaki tofu rice bowl, their Nasi Bakar Jamur and the vegan mozzarella sticks. Super yummy and a great value for the price as it’s all a big portion. Staff was nice, atmosphere is good too, just a bit loud as so close to a busy road. All in all I definitely recommend it and will keep ordering via Gofood and maybe even coming back in person (it’s a shame though not all their food is on Gofood, just a small fraction...
Read moreThe food and the staff here are amazing. Firstly, they serve Indonesian food made with such care and taste that is really worth to try. I have seen many Indonesians go there for their food because it is delicious and affordable. They have a wide range of food from local to western and great coffees with cookies. The staff is the best part of the Cafe. Santi, Yuni, Ayu and Sukma treat you as their family and always makes you feel welcome. They have always a great smile and are ready to have a conversation with you. Definitely try it out if you...
