Per Se Modern Bistro ( Per Se) — Restaurant in Bali

This is a brand new establishment yiu realize the minute you walk in, pristine furnished banquet seating with the obvious smell of newness. I got attracted by it s looks, a well designes modern bistro. The terrace is nice and has ample seating with some nice planting, something that is a bit missing inside where although beautifully designed with scandinavian designs it feels a bit barren. Perhaps this is due to the obvious eastern european ownership and management.

What also was barren was our food, little different choice on the menu and as they initially forgot the salmon in our japanese salmon omelette this was briskly corrected. Yet we still left feeling hungry, something the price shouldn't warrant. And there was simply nothing japanese about it anyways. I'd normally wouldn't have given it 4 starts but sufficed with 3 but as it is in its first weeks I felt 3 stars can ruin a reputation. I hope...

I never made it past the patio as my party was waiting for me there. I didn't read the menu because the food was lightly ordered as it was post dinner. I didnt choose any of the many bottles of wine we shared. I did enjoy the company the conversation and the occasional glimpse of the young beautiful hostess and the firm round bums accurated by a well fitting slacks as well as her perfectly pleasant face.

Sometimes your evening is not anythjng specifically special and you look at a beautiful young women longer than you should. But you realize somehow the place was in the background and set the stage for you to live a slice of life. What more can a restaurant...

Recently I visited a new restaurant in Canggu. I loved the atmosphere and the stylish interior design. I ordered several dishes with my friend, most of all I liked the Red snapper Ceviche and the main dish : Red snapper with sparkling wine souse. The fish was very soft and not dry, rarely can anyone cook it so deliciously. many people say that there are tasty cold soups: tomato gazpacho and kuksi Korean.
