Read moreThey have 36 new 5 stars review from their “customers” all reviewed 6days ago. Some kind of tactic there to push their rating up, but we are not that dumb hey. Like seriously.
This place is so misleading. I really wish it would be better cause I do love Pho.
I rarely leave a bad review but I feel other people should know.
125.000 before tax and service for MSG prepackaged broth , 1 thinnest paper thin tiny slice of meat and 4 pieces of store bought meat ball with plasticky taste of the noodle.
They even got my order wrong while making the dish. Come on guys theres only like 3 types of pho there.
No condiment , no sauce nothing, the chef couldnt even make pomelo salad without fishsauce. Cause the waitress said pomelo salad is vegan and its not, and they still charge it to my bill. So there’s no chef and everything is pre-packed.
Anyway we paid almost 500.000 for 2 people dining. Everything was nightmare im sorry. I really wish its good though but Its horrible. 😭

We went there on 3rd September 2023 , Dinner time. We asked if the pomelo salad are vegan the waitress said yes. So we got pomelo salad , 1 vegan pho and 1 pho with meatball.
Pomelo salad came first and we can smell the fish sauce in it. We asked the waitress , she is very confused and she said it is vegan but then she asked the cook. The cook said yes there is fish sauce.
Well we dont want it we asked for no fish sauce so we asked if they can make another one without fish sauce in it. They cant, then the other waitress said oh we are sorry let me change it with vegan pho.
They ended up charging 3 vegan pho to our bill. Like why , we dont even want another vegan pho its the waitress idea to change their mistake with the pomelo salad. We dont even want to argue we just left.
Ohh they got my pho order wrong twice. They over cooked the meat and forgot the meatball, then they bring 4 pieces of dry meatball on a sad...

My family and I have been a loyal customers at Pho Mo for quite some time, but my latest experience left me incredibly disappointed. Service here has always been hit-or-miss, but this time it was especially terrible. The staff were slow, inattentive, and seemed clueless about how to manage orders effectively.
We ordered before a large party that arrived at least 15 minutes after us, yet their meals – including complex, lengthy-prep dishes – came out well before ours. Meanwhile, my mother and I waited and watched. Our food finally arrived 20 minutes after theirs, with no apology or compensation offered for the ridiculous delay.
To make matters worse, I ordered an extra side of beef that was partially cooked – half of it was cold and raw (see attached photo). Given that I’m a regular here, I expect at least a baseline level of quality and service, yet Pho Mo consistently ignores regular customers in favor of new faces.
As for the atmosphere, it's a joke. The place is filled with cheap, flimsy furniture, some of which has been visibly broken for months. No updates or repairs seem to be on their radar, despite how uncomfortable the seating has become.
And the food? Overpriced and bland. For what they charge, I'd expect much better quality. Instead, you get a mediocre meal paired with a terrible experience. Pho Mo has truly lost my trust and my business.
Pho Thin is wayyy better!...
