Raw Batayaki — Restaurant in Bali

This new restaurant in Batu Belig is such a great option for lunch these days! Went there and had their generous salad promotion buy 1 get 1 at their salad bar, we ended up with 4 different types. Love it. We tried Tasty Tuna ( my favourite) it's fresh, half cooked tuna combined with special dressing made so much scrumptious flavour explosion in your mouth... Really recommend this one. Eleven samurai - this one with shrimp personally it's good but I prefer the tuna, BBQ chicken salad and Red Dragon with pork belly on the top, surprisingly the delicious pork belly added more crunch and new twist on salad. If you feel adventurous, have a go! My friends love this. We also tried the Pink Bowl for sweet treat at the end, it was sooo yummmmm. They also have special menu; pork knuckle for 4-5 people but you have to reserve one day prior. They have parking for cars and bike in front but when it's full ask for staff assistance. The place very cozy, love the green view at the back areas. The place have this Rustic industrial wall but cozy vibe. Staff are friendly and helpful. Intrigued by this newly open establishment near our hotel and decided to have an early dinner after reading good reviews. We ordered the recommended beef ramen, few yakitori, ika karage and fresh oysters. The ramen was okay, slightly lack of deep flavor and for 110k+/bowl you'd expect better. The kawa is not grilled as we liked it (crispy outside chewy inside) instead a bit too crispy. The tsukune is good though, served with raw egg. The biggest let down was the oysters, served at room temperature had us worried on its freshness. I ate 2 and my partner ate 4 and our nightmare came true. Our stomach growled at night and kept us awake. My partner ended up having diarrhea for the next 3 days.

Feels like a hit-or-miss kind of place. Really nice to try a bunch of little foods. The grilled oysters where surprisingly good, while the chicken skewers were just really dry.

I was very put off by the loud music. Me and my company could barely hear each other at times. It felt almost as if the staff were trying to make us leave by playing the most random playlist, not at all in theme with the restaurant, and very loudly.
