Two story wooden restaurant, part of Puri Lumbung Cottage. Kopi Bali resto is a high end resto, serving western and Indonesian food, priced moderately. The resto is overlooking the lush green hills and valleys of forest and clove plantations, and layers of mountains as far as the eyes can see. Place was hot in mid day but temperature falls drastically to cool in the afternoon. The mist comes down, cool breeze, really an excellent place for enjoying a mountain retreat. Then sudden shower of rains, all the places are wet. So refreshing. I looked to the garden below, rains were still pouring down. I couldn’t resist but went down the stairs and walking under the rains.

We ordered Puri Lumbung Salad which is pomelo salad with beetroot and coriander leaves, taste good. Tuna pepperoni is well presented grilled tuna with chopped veggies, also great. Rijsttafel is not as big as it should, basically chicken skewers, potato patty, lawar veggies and sweet and sour tempeh. Came here whilst desperately trying to find a late lunch option. We were the only people in the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Views were also spectacular.
