The cashier service was very disappointing. She processed payment for another customer, even though I ordered first. Because they pay more?

I had to wait for 10 minutes to complete my transaction because she allowed the other customer to continue adding items to their order.

I followed up with the cashier to canceled my order, she said my cake is ready, but she still wouldn't allow me to pay first. There were 3 people behind the desk next to her, but the others seemed to be doing nothing to help her manage the customers. She was the only one who retrieved my cake from the back and packed it for me.
