Just finished 2hr singing session and overall it has been disappointing with the available song selections (limited choices), sound system (cannot control echo which is too loud), service not good (asked the staff about adjusting the echo only to be told to adjust the music volume), ordered song list keeps resetting and you have to re-enter your songs, food is cold, microphone battery are flat after less than an hour. We had an amazing time in the room, and the food and drinks were great! The staff's friendliness really made our stay special. One staff member's delightful dance and singing while guiding us through the system was a lovely touch.
