Big Big Bite — Restaurant in City of Medan

Ordered delivery via Grab so not reviewing service or atmosphere. Prices are high for Medan but you're getting really flavorful beef so the higher cost is justified.

Decided to give this a try for their smashburgers and was NOT disappointed. Even the single cheeseburger is a good size. I really appreciated the lightly charred bun. Generous amount of meat with real melted cheddar (or at least cheddar-like) cheese. There's a light BBQ mustard sauce that doesn't overpower the flavor of the meat but accents it perfectly. Slightly spicy but not painful. Came with a small side of fries. They're very thin (not quite shoestring thin) and cooked well. Slightly limp only because of the delivery time.

Everything about this meal made me want to go and have it fresh off the grill and the fries fresh as well. I look forward to enjoying...
