I ordered the Mutton Briyani and the Rose Drink. Of all the previous food I had eaten, the Briyani I had was by far the most horrendous in its quality and presentation. At the least, the curries and Mutton were lukewarm, although the rice was hot. Yet the briyani was shaped into a 'container-like' form that looked as if it came from a microwaved, plastic container. Taste wise, the rice wasnt freshly cooked, yet had much moisture in it that it felt mushy to eat. The mutton was tough and chewy, and not hot, signs it wasn't (heated-up) prepared properly. The Rose Drink was overly sweetened with the rose flavour not prevalent in drink.

My hubby, son and myself ordered different individual Thalis(chicken /fish/mutton) for lunch. What a disappointment! Even though the vegetables served as sides were freshly cooked, the non vegetarian dishes were not freshly cooked. They were yesterday's dishes which were heated up and served to us. The papadams were not crispy which again goes to show that they were fried yesterday. After serving the dishes no one bothered to come and check whether we needed anything else or vegetables needed to be refilled as what should be a normal practice in Indian restaurants. the food was great! the food has so many spices, and it's very flavourful, the place is also quite nice, it's very clean, its got lots of air conditioning, there were 2 floors in the restaurant, so it can accommodate more people. I definitely recommend the martabak and the fried chicken biryani, it's not like your normal martabak, it's so flavourful, especially with the curry, and the biryani? absolutely delicious! it has Soo much spices in it so it's just packed with flavour.
