We came in hunger and then we came inside, no staff who welcome us. Looks like they hate when people come to their restaurant. The staff were lid back their a** in the counter. Literally nobody welcoming us, show us the table or even greet us.

We sat, the guy with white shirt just put the menu on the table. No word, no sound!!! What kind of hospitality is this? Better gave their staff education about hospitality.

And then we just storm out, go to other restaurants. This is bad...

Cobek Penyet at Trans Studio Mall Bali is a great spot for classic Indonesian comfort food. Their chicken and duck dishes are flavorful, the Ketoprak hits the spot, and the ribs are super tender. Utk yg kasih review rendah, mungkin kurang tepat pilih menu aja sih. Soalnya pertama kali sy ke sini jg terkapok2 karena wkt itu pesen bakso dan nasgornya. Saat itu yg sy rasakan baksonya ga banget, nasgornya jg biasa aja. Walhasil utk bbrp lama sy ga pernah ke sini lg. Baru sekitar pertengahan tahun ini sy makan di sini lg atas rekomendasi teman. Sy coba pesan ca kangkung balacan, gurami asam manis dan gurami sambel matah. Omaigat ca kangkung balacan-nya juara!! Nagih dan saking enaknya bisa ngabisin seporsi sendiri 😅 Gurami asam manis dan gurami sambel matahnya jg enak banget.

Kemarin sy ke sana, mereka punya menu baru yaitu tempong. Ada tempong nila, tempong ayam, tempong bebek dan tempong empal. Sy coba tempong ayam, padahal pengen nila tp sedang tidak sedia. Ternyata enak banget... bumbu ayamnya meresap dan sambel tempongnya medok. Kalau ngga kuat pedesnya, bisa kok request ganti sambel terasi. Dan sambel terasi di sini toopp... 👍👍 Pelayanan jg ramah dan cepat. Semoga dipertahankan...
