Disappointed, i organized romantic dinner for my partner's birthday, they asked me 2 days before if i had a request, so i gave all of my idea, i was so excited for the dinner, when i came everything turn out of expectation, totally failed, told them to make the food ready at 8.20 and birthday surprise after serving the food, then when i was there the food came around 9 and we wait until 10 but the cake and the surprise not even come. The food was so good but they didn't serve well, steak without knife and fork, coconut jelly without spoon, the staff who serve the food also really bad hospitality, no smile and serve with heavy hard move the food also came delay one by one cause we told them that the food wasn't completely yet, when i reserved they told me my time just 8-10pm, but until 10 the cake and surprise not even came, we even finished our food and we decided to back home without any surprise, i was disappointed cause you guys ask me if i want arrange this so ofc i had expectations of that, but yea it's okay, it's just reminder for better service, hopefully next time be more serious of customer request especially when you asked them, we paid the request and we do have...

What an incredible experience! The food was flavorful and the ambiance beautiful. Despite the main menu not being available in English, the photographs of the food made choices easy as did the superb recommendations by our amazing server, Gita. He was so helpful and made excellent recommendations for food and drink. He was also very attentive and double checked to ensure our food order and bill was correct.
