Starbucks Trans Studio Mall — Restaurant in Denpasar Barat

Starbucks store is located inside TSM (Trans Studio Mall) Always made the good day, perfect coffee. But nowdays I only get my tea. They are add new menu for two drink made from lemonade. I have tried it and is freshen the day, a bit bitter. But I suggest if you guys try out their coffee, avoid to add sugar or brown sugar or any kind of sigar or syrup, except you order a latte or any coffee that have add on with milk based, so you guys can test the taste of the coffee that barista made it for you. Btw I like the coffee they are made especially "Fresh Brewed Coffee", in Hot.

Compared with their "Americano Coffee" perhaps their coffee beans ingredients its different. In Americano coffee taste is tasteless coffee. But for you guys like to have strong coffee would recommended for "Fresh Brewed Coffee". Or add on more strong coffee for brighten the day.

Today I have visited this place, is full of guest event at nearly closed time. Good for friends to get gathering in here with nice interior ambience and good...

I often ordered Matcha latte in Starbucks. Can't count on it maybe hundred of times I ordered hot matcha latte in various locations of SB. Those cups I had is the regular milk hot matcha latte. Today I went to SB in Trans Studio and was offered a matcha latte with Soy milk by the cashier staff. Have no idea how it taste so I ordered a cup of Hot matcha with soy milk. Turns out it tastes like whole Soy Milk, no green tea or matcha taste AT ALL. So disappointed. My suggestion to you all whenever you have time to drop by Starbucks at Trans Studio Mall do not ever order Hot Matcha with soy milk!!! It is so bad. Unless you indeed wanna drink Soy Milk...

Staff is confident…ly wrong lol. They had no idea what matcha is.

Asked if they had iced matcha latte even though they only had green tea latte on the menu. Staff said yes. We ordered it.

Receipt came. It said green tea latte. We double checked with them if they got the order right. They said yes.

It was definitely not matcha latte, how can a Starbucks staff not be able to tell the difference? Would have been a lot better if they had said they didn’t serve it.

Not to mention, we asked for less sweet and they insisted it was already less sweet. Was it insanely sweet? Yes. Am I ever ordering from sb in Indo again?...
