I was outraged by the behavior of some restaurant workers. They constantly talk loudly to each other, and this interferes with resting, enjoying food and music. But I went here several times because of the delicious food. But on my last visit, the bad behavior of the restaurant workers crossed all imaginable boundaries!!! There was no one in the restaurant except me, and the restaurant workers were talking and laughing among themselves VERY loudly. One of the waitresses sang along to the song for the entire restaurant, AT FULL VOICE (I'm not exaggerating), without hesitation, looking at me. In between singing sessions, she spoke at the top of her voice, very loudly, with other workers. I was shocked by such impudence, such swinish behavior. I told one of the workers to tell her to be quiet. Imagine, she didn’t pay any attention to this and continued to sing loudly! I turn to the owner of the restaurant - tell me, why do your employees behave so cheekily and boorishly? Is this kind of disrespect the norm for behavior with guests? This is probably why people almost never visit the restaurant, despite the delicious food. I will also never return to this restaurant again. I also do not advise other people to visit the restaurant if you do not want your holiday to be ruined, because during your lunch or dinner the waiters will talk loudly, laugh or even sing, not paying attention to you.

By the way, one more detail: when I asked to bring me the bill, the waiter told me that I had to go to the cashier myself and pay the bill. There was no one in the restaurant except me, but the waiters were probably too lazy to work this time.

The day before, I came to the restaurant and wanted to take a table (again there was no one in the restaurant), but the waitress said that I could not sit at this table because it was reserved. However, there was no sign on the table. I was surprised and asked the waitress. It looked so strange in an empty restaurant that I turned around and left.

But she returned the next day because of tasty food and it was a mistake due to the behavior of the staff described above.

I really have never encountered such disrespectful attitude...

The waitress said that we can share the food because I said I was not that hungry. She came back few minutes later and was kind of rude saying that we actually can’t share and that she mentioned it before. I am 100% sure that she said it was okay, but did not want to argue. If she would say no in the first conversation we would leave because i wanted something small to eat, and they did not had that option, so sharing was a good decision. I do think she told us wrong and some manager told her that she was wrong. Service is bad, no one came and asked how is food or if we want something more to drink (we where done we our drinks before food came). It’s really for really meat lovers, because you get a lot and not all meat is actually good. They have no small options. As well waitress was not good on explaining options they had because at the end I understood I paid too much, where I could pay less :) the guys serving meat was nice, but not waitresses. Will not recommend this place, as well tax...

We came with a large group, ordered steaks, a giant pork chop and other meat dishes. Everything was fried on a very dirty stove. When we told the cook about it and asked him to wash the stove before frying the meat, he answered us very rudely and sent us away. When they brought us the meat, all the meat was burnt, with a bitter taste. It was impossible to eat. We called the cook and asked to call the head manager, to which we were told that the cook is the manager. We heard rude communication from him, he just started yelling at us. There are no complaints about the staff, the guys smile and try. But the cook is terribly rude, not a professional in his field and does not value his guests. We all left hungry, did not eat a single piece of meat. But they made us pay the entire bill. They did not even apologize. We have lived here for 3 years, but this is the first time we have seen such an attitude towards restaurant guests. It's a pity. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The...
