Jojo’s Pizza — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

Found this pizza parlor on a very small alley in sanur. It had nice decorations, the interiors were modern and well-lit and we were intrigued to try the pizza.

I came at dinner time and I got up ahead to the counter and there were staffs and maybe managements(?) who were taking pictures of the menu and there were no other customers around.

When I saw the menu, i had some serious doubts about the quality of the pizza due to the variety of menus they had. (IMO a serious pizza joint should only have pizza and probably some other limited items)

I asked them about their recommended pizza and the staff recommended me their burrata pizza (around 150k) and oh boy was i disappointed when the pizza came. The toppings were miniscule with only small shredded burratas and little pieces of minced meat and tastes more like tomato and cheese

The dough itself is pretty good with the right texture and chewiness and crispness but the price, taste, and topping completely disappointed me.

I'd rather go to pizza hut

not to sound entitled but it was just funny for me to see the management/staff of a newly opened empty restaurant to not bother with their customer's experience.

The place feels rather empty and industrial themed. They gave complimentary garlic bread which was nice. Pizza dough was nice but i think the toppings was just so so. Pasta was actually pretty nice. The first salad we ordered was underwhelming, mainly just a big blob of cheese but it was pretty bland. Considering their price which wasnt cheap, that was disappointing. Maybe the cheese was expensive, but to put a few leaves around it and call it salad, I dont think is a fair description. We had to order another salad to make up for the lack of veggies which was better. Overall quite pricey meal for small portions so rather...

The atmosphere is good very chill! The waitress was nice but not really interactive And the final is the pizza makes me SO DISAPPOINTED :( The dough is overcooked make it bitter and ruined the taste! When I asked the waitress about it she said that it's the way they cooked it in the oven Really? Pizza is my comfort food but now it's one of the worst experience from the famous pizza place Maybe my expectations is just too hight, I don't know :( And also the parking lot is quite small, thankfully I drive my bike here
