Mozza in Sanur is easy to find, but parking is tricky, and a falling toilet paper holder in the restroom was an unexpected surprise. The food was inconsistent. The Salmon Pesto Pasta was decent, but lacked flavor, and the salmon didn’t really work with the dish. The Ribeye Steak was a major letdown—tough, underseasoned, and not what you’d expect from a ribeye. The Tenderloin was slightly better, but the presentation felt cheap, with melted mozzarella over mashed potatoes. The Sashimi Oysters were fresh and tasty, probably one of the better items on the menu, but still nothing spectacular. The Tuna Carpaccio looked nice, but the tuna itself was mushy, could be a quality issue, similar to the ribeye. Drinks were also hit or miss. The Espresso Martini was way too strong, with the alcohol overpowering any coffee flavor. The Cosmopolitan, however, was well-balanced and enjoyable. On the plus side, the service at Mozza was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to address any issues. When we didn’t like the ribeye, they offered us a replacement dish, which was appreciated. Overall, Mozza has potential, but the inconsistent food quality and presentation issues make it hard to fully recommend. If you decide to visit, stick to the simpler dishes and drinks.

Amazing! We had food here for the first time last night and I would highly recommend. Very friendly staff and great prices. Staff were not pushy and they were very respectful. A surprise performance from a group of local kids occurred during our meal, which we were fortunate enough to witness. They were playing some traditional music and wore traditional costumes. They did not bother us in the slightest nor anybody else in the restaurant bar one (see below), It really set the tone and mood of the Balinese people. Fantastic. I have noticed a bad review left above, this occurred whilst I was in the restaurant. I must note this complaint is completely pathetic. It was abundantly clear that the complainer "Grant" was just trying to get money off the bill (which has been confirmed by their review). The performance lasted no more than a few minutes, everyone else in the restaurant absolutely adored it. It's preposterous that he gave 1 star based on that. The food and staff went above and beyond. It is also worth noting, a lady actually chased the young performers out of the restaurant to donate to the tip box. "Grant" please get a grip. Shame on you.

This is actually our second time dining at Mozza Sanur with the family because my daughter had never been here, so we decided to try it again today for lunch. As we expected, the food tasted really good, just like the first time, and the presentation was also great. On a hot day like today, it would be better if they had an air-conditioned closed room because it gets quite warm at noon, even though all the fans and the AC were turned on. Since the dining area is open, the heat can still be felt inside. Last time we dined here was in the evening, and the weather was definitely cooler. The staff who served us today were polite and helpful. One other challenge when visiting this restaurant is the parking situation. You can park along the street if you’re lucky to find a spot, as the nearby parking area is often occupied by local transport vehicles. So the other alternatives are to come here by motorbike, Grab car, or with a driver who doesn’t need to focus on finding a parking spot, especially for cars. Aside from these two points for improvement, this restaurant is definitely worth trying for both local and international cuisine.

Nestled in the heart of Sanur, Mozza Restaurant is a true culinary gem that consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience. From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the exquisite food and impeccable service. The menu at Mozza is a celebration of flavor and quality, offering a diverse selection of dishes that cater to every palate. Whether you're in the mood for fresh, locally-sourced seafood, perfectly grilled meats, or vibrant vegetarian creations, the chefs at Mozza execute each dish with precision and passion. Standouts often mentioned by patrons include their succulent grilled prawns, the melt-in-your-mouth beef rendang, and their creatively crafted pasta dishes. Each plate is a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, authentic flavors. What truly elevates the Mozza experience, however, is the outstanding service. The staff is not only friendly and attentive but also genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. They are always ready with a helpful recommendation, ensuring that your meal is perfectly tailored to your preferences. The service is prompt without feeling rushed, allowing you to relax and savor every moment of your dining experience. It's this combination of professional efficiency and genuine warmth that makes every visit feel special. The ambiance of Mozza is another key ingredient in its success. The restaurant strikes a perfect balance between sophisticated and comfortable, making it ideal for a romantic dinner, a family celebration, or a casual meal with friends. The lighting is soft and flattering, the decor is tasteful, and the overall atmosphere is one of relaxed elegance. In conclusion, Mozza Restaurant in Sanur is more than just a place to eat; it's a destination for a truly memorable culinary journey. The combination of spectacular food, top-notch service, and a delightful atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly great dining experience in Bali. Highly...

Unfortunately the atmosphere at this restaurant was a lot to be desired. The food was great however when there was an incident involving loud banging drums due to a cultural performance the staff had little to no interest on minimising the impact to diners, even with my hands over my ears there was still no involvement from staff to usher the performers outside, when questioned the staff implied they could not do anything about it, not even usher the performers away from those wishing to dine and try to enjoy their meal.

I raised the concern with the supervisor who was not willing to listen - when I eventually advised them that I wasn’t happy that no staff members asked the performers to leave and that I don’t intend on paying the full bill, he then offered 10% discount as an apology (which i felt was fair) however when I got the updated bill that 10% was only 10% of the dessert, which equated to $10,000 ($1AUD). When I questioned this and clarified that with him, he then said “oh i make mistake sorry”. I found this to be very unprofessional. Eventually he ended up discounting the bill by 10% entirely, which was around $13 AUD, which I felt was fair and represented the inconvenience endured.

Unfortunately the food for this place was amazing - however the staff need to learn that without customers there js no business. I’m not saying that the customer is always right, i am saying that customers must always be respected.
