I've been to Nyoman's a couple of times and had a great time! It's the perfect stop on the way to or from the beach. Nyoman is a really friendly guy, always happy to stop and chat to form new connections. He runs his business completely by himself having spent years managing other coffee shops (and working for 10 years in a laundry!). His kindness and humour are infectious. The coffee is great too- he has hand chosen beans from the Kintamani region of Bali. I highly recommend an iced long black on a hot Bali day. But he also supplied oat and soy milk for vegans/ those who are dairy free! He's also open in the evenings for drinks and the place is romantically lit with fairy lights. This is by far the best coffee in Bali. I grew up on coffee plantations in Padua New Guinea my father and grandfather grew coffee and I own 2 coffee shops on the central coast. Australia so I think I am the ultimate snob. So take it from myself you don’t want to miss out on trying Nyomans coffee, he makes yummy biscotti and the best banana bread I’ve ever tried.
