Rosetta Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

Thia place is for foreign customer only, like literally for the foreign customer only. if you somehow wanna get food in the area do not choose this place, a very rude waiter and waitress that doesn't want to serve you even when you call for them but if a foreigner do raise their hand they rushed to take the order and help them. the experienced i had is when the place not even that crowded which is fine because there are many server waitress just waiting around do nothing, that's when i noticed that i've been raise my hand about 7-10 minute no one is coming but after that the foreign beside me just raise the hand they immediately coming not even a glance to my table since it's my next table, see a very rude attitude purposely ignore a customer in need of service. well that just a start, after that we eventually had order a food and it takes even longer to serve the food to our table, and i noticed that new customer coming and of course it is a foreign customer they got served and their food comes first, after that another foreign comes and they got their food again, imagine you get skipped by 2 customer that got in the place in different time, well that is just a worst service you got. After all that eventually 50 minutes later we got our meals and for the surprises is they even forgot our other meals and need to wait again, so we have 4 meals and then 3 comes after that they just forgot the 4th meal, the restaurant just worst and had a very bad manners towards local customer, ah and if you a content creator it's fine they won't do this to you but for locals don't go to this place it's worst, like we got the same meals and pays the same price how come they differentiate how they serve a customer, unbelievable, simply the worst experience I've ever had at...

The only highlight of this place is the location and the view. Seating area is right in front of the Shindu beach.

But the service was not so great, like almost a rude behaviour towards the local tourist.

Conclusion: if you're a local, AVOID this place at any cost!

Summary: Location is great & view are amazing. A very nice place to spend your morning We ordered an Ice cappuccino, tasted just like an average regular cold water with ice added with instant cappucinno that you can buy in the small warung. Just my honest thought. For the food we ordered a stir fried pork with rice. The pork tasted absolutely disgusting and almost like rotten meat taste to it. Again my apology but this how i can describe the food. We ordered a fruit platter too, and probably this is the only edible thing from the entire food that we ordered.

When i asked the waiter for the payment and whether we can pay with debit card, instead of biring the EDC machine to us, the waiter enforced us to pay at the waiter's table and don't evey say a simple words of "thank you" when the payment was completed. I do say thank you for the food though.

If the mgmt read this: The local touris are also a tourist, they paid for what they eat at the exact same price that the 'bule' are paid. Don't treat the locals rudely, otherwise one day this restaurant will be treated badly too by other people. Hope they fix this problem, because i genuinely like...

Been to Rosetta twice... and marvelous experience both times.

First time got a watermelon juice for my young neice. And it was fresh cold and delicious... my neice drank over half of it... and i finished the cup.

2nd time was very an early brunch... the food and service was amazing and at a very reasonable price. And at a table with an umbrella and great views of ocean. And both my sister and I were amazed at the quality. I rate this place...
