After quequeing for a while, I was told to wait for another 10 minutes if ordered the chicken,s breast or thigh. Dear A&W, you cannot stop giving out straws for milkshakes. Please explain to me how one is meant to drink a milkshake which is 70% ice cream without a straw?? Have you heard of biodegradable straws? Also your staff need to be trained a little more. One of them says ‘oh we dont give out straws anymore’ and another says ‘we have run out’

The fried chicken and the burgers here are not my favorites. I prefer to have 'em at other places (other competitors). My favorite here is their Curly Fries 😀 I think the taste of it is still unbeatable...
