TAIER SUANCAI & FISH (MOI) — Restaurant in Jakarta

Taier suancai & fish has set the benchmark of top quality food. A must restaurant to look & try for in Jakarta. currently they open it's 1st store in MOI, kelapa gading with soon to have more stores to open across Jakarta. I love the suancai & fish with vermicilli and considered the best in town. In addition the chicken kungpau & the stringbeans are just delicious. As one of the world google reviewer, I recommended this restaurant as a must try alternative for you in Jakarta. Last but not least a great dedication and excellent service by the team and Grace as manager with their beyond customer service experience. Well-done...

The taste quite good. But the soup wasn't as hot as I expected. It serves in a warm temperature, maybe to prevent the fish overcooked. The taste quite salty so I added hot water to balance it out. I hope in near future they can serve Mala Oil separately when we order the Non Spicy one. It's weird even the price is same, we cannot ask for separate mala chilli oil. As some guests in the table not all like mala.

Also I hope they can serve individual rice only not package with drink as well.

The ice cream wasn't pleasant in mouth.

The rosella drink also taste weird.

I hope they can improve to make the experience...

Great service from the staffs, they are super friendly. The place actually not too big, but enough space to enjoy our meal. You can also enjoy all you can eat rice, drinks and snacks. The rice also super delicious, perfect to combine with the fish soup. You can also entertain yourself with a lucky stick on the table. This is the first place I ever visit that if you need to recharge your phone, they also provide various cable type on every table, great! You can also ask for more soup if you need it.
