Bakmi Amoy — Restaurant in Jakarta

Located on the small alley in Pancoran area, this noodle stall is accessible from an alley next to Fortuna Hotel, where various food stalls & miscellaneous shop are lined along the way, making it some kind of “gang senggol” where you almost always brush on to other passerby, especially when there’re traffic from 2 directions.

Bakmi Amoy has limited seating up to 13 people at max, so don’t expect for comfy dining here, not to mention the long wait/queue & scorching heat. If the seat were full, you can also seat at the nearby stall selling drinks (coconut, juices etc.) but you must also purchase their drinks.

Bakmi Amoy serves various options (non halal) which are good for breakfast such as noodles, kwetiau, nasi campur/hainam, nasi tim, as well as delicious light bites like bakso goreng (contains pork & prawn), pangsit goreng (fried wonton) & pisang goreng (banana fritters) which are very popular among visitors so you shouldn’t miss them when you’re here.
