I actually like the place. The food is ok. I ordered Phil's fried chicken. The chicken and the sauce were good, but not sure with the potato chips accompanying it. There weren't as crispy as I expected from potato chips.

However, I waited for 1 hour to get my food. I asked several times if my food is ready and the waitress only said it's being prepared. After almost one hour of waiting, I asked again, and only then the waitress took the initiative to check the orders in the system.

Apparently, she missed inputting my order in the system. I asked several times and why only then she checked the orders in the system. So dissappointed because it's something that could've been prevented. I asked for compensation and she gave me a cup of ice coffee. Dont mean to be petty, but I expected something more for making me wait for an hour.

My colleagues and I went there during the Friday prayer. I dont know whether it's because the male staffs were out for the prayer, but we felt that they were understaffed at the time.

Overall, place and ambience were nice. Food is fine but not great. Not sure if I'll be...

Visiting here during weekdays and planning to do WFC from here all day long with my colleagues. Expecting there'll be wifi access here - especially with how Common Grounds has been an established upscale coffeeshop brand - and... yep, i'm totally wrong on that one.

Let alone slow connection, the wifi isn't even working! Asking the staff and it's not helping. They just replied with "oh usually it's working fine so we don't know why" but checking the reviews - the same problem has been there since years ago lol 🤣🤣. I'd appreciate more if the staff explained as there's no wifi access available in the beginning.

Ended with wasting my time trying to fix and restarting my laptop but no results. What makes it worse, mobile reception is also really poor there - so we can't do any tethering as well.

In the end, i just spent 10 mins there - gulping down my 65k iced coffee in hurry and moving out to the other coffeeshop nearby as I need to attend online meet asap.

On the fair note, the ambience is really nice actually but ya that's all. Gotta blacklist this one - especially...
