Chung Gi Wa- Central Park — Restaurant in Jakarta

One of korean restaurant in Central Park Mall. They have many options of pork meat, chicken, and also beef. They will serve you their appetizer around six small plates for free and you can ask for more if you like it, they will serve kimchi, pancake, and the others. They also provide free refill korean tea, hot or cold. And if you order meat, they will provide the leaves for free. They have a lot of tables inside, so you can eat with you family or your group. Their services quite good, responsive and fast. Before they grill your meat, they will let you see and confirm first by bringing the meat to your table and make sure that is the meat that you ordered. Make sure you try their speciality sauce, it's tasty. They serve alcohol like beer and soju, but the soju price is quite expensive so beer is the best options to eat with the meat. If you try their soup, maybe you need to ask for salt. Their kimchi taste also good but quite sweet instead of sour and spicy, not too korean taste. Their price also quite good and not too expensive. Very bad service Pada saat pesan samgyopsal (pork bbq) saya request bawang putih bakar (klo di resto korea lain jika pesan pork bbq otomatis pasti dikasih bawang putih bakar) namun pas makanan dtg, baput nya tdk disajikan. Hrs minta utk kedua x nya baru dikasih. Krn baput yg dikasih cuma sedikit dan langsung habis dimakan dan samgyopsal yg kita pesan masih byk so suami minta bawang putih bakar lagi. Namun pas diminta waitress yg berada disebelah kita sedang ngeberesin meja yg tdk kotor (menurut sy tdk ada yg perlu diberesin krn mejanya tdk kotor dan tdk digunakan sebelumny dan kondisi resto besar dgn byk meja kosong dan tdk ada customer). Intinya kami hrs menunggu waitress tsb dan kondisi resto sangat sepi dimana byk pelayan yg nganggur. Namun tdk ada satupun yg peduli dengan panggilan kita. Lalu pada saat waitress kembali ke belakang ada owner /manager (org korea) mereka berdua saling bertatapan seolah olah ngegibahin kami. Saya sangat jelas melihat interaksi mereka krn posisi saya berada tepat didepan org Korea tsb. Masukan saya sebaiknya jika kalian keberatan utk memenuhi permintaan customer, tinggal bilang ke customer. Saya sudah sering makan di resto korea, utk kondimen malahan biasanya customer sering ditawari utk refill

Sedang berdiri didepan kasir dan ngebenerin baju anak, lalu dr belakang ada waiter dengan nada kurang sopan bilang permisi padahal disebelahnya ada jalanan kosong yg bisa dilewati dan kondisi restoran sedang sepi (sangat sepi menurut saya apalagi berada di mall central park yg sangat ramai dengan pengunjung )

Utk makanan jg udah gak seenak dulu, samgyopsal bakarnya kurang pas dan ga enak, kimchi jigae disajikan dengan tahu putih mentah diatasnya tanpa di aduk dan langsung disajikan ke customer.

Saya sering makan di resto ini dicabang yg lain tp baru kali ini saya mendapatkan service yg begitu jelek. Menurut saya sebaiknya karyawan dibekali dgn training bagaimana cara...

Eat here 1st of June 1PM... 5 pax & they only served us 2 portion of kimchi after we asked a few times. One portion only have 3-4 slices of kimchi.. while serving the 2nd portion, they told us that the kimchi is the last portion in the kitchen... Can u believe this? If it is true, they should have told all the customers before we order.. then the manager came & told us the kimchi just being made this morning so it is not ready to serve... then i asked if i come back later then u will have new stocks... then he said it will be ready in 3 days... well I personally dont buy the reasons.. even if it is true, it is a very poor resto...
