Dragon Hot Pot Puri Indah Mall 1 — Restaurant in Jakarta

This isn’t my first experience with Dragon Hotpot, but it’s certainly THE WORST. The service here is TERRIBLE, the tofu’s SPOILED and when the staff is being asked, he offered to replace it. Taken from the same container, isn’t that just ANOTHER spoiled tofu? The service is so bad to the point that everybody basically IGNORED us when we call for the staffs, we have to yell just to get their attention for a refill (which we later discovered that us, guests, have to take our glasses ourselves to the cashier). For God’d sake, please fix the attitudes of the staffs here and put more quality check on your food. AND PLEASE, don’t offer guests a replacement food taken from the same tray of food as the spoiled one. That’s pure stupidity. I am so disappointed with the branch of Dragon Hotpot here at Lippo Mall Puri.

Price : mahal bgttt not worth the food

Taste : doesnt feel mala at all, mala is supossed to taste peppery but like there is no mala at all, its all just chili oil w MSG. Improve your recipe, if you want to call ur dish mala, at least put legit mala on it.

Second time here, but this time it's less crowded given it's on a weekday. Definitely nicer when it's less crowded, you get a better ambiance and the place seems more spacious too. I see a lot more variety of ingredients compared to last time when I visited on the weekend, where most are almost out or not available. Despite all that, ingredients are kept fresh and cool. Food taste good and would definitely go...
