Excelso Coffee Grand Paragon — Restaurant in Jakarta

Monday, 17 June at 18:35, Paragon — I ordered a Quesidilla along with 3 coffees. The coffee came just fine—but the Quesidilla never arrived. I asked the waiter for my order, and the waitress who took my order BLAMED me, the customer, saying that I never ordered. It was apparent that she just forgot to write it down to begin with, since she repeated after me, confirming “Quesidilla” when I first made the order. I find her conduct very unprofessional and downright disgusting. You do NOT blame your customers about these kind of matters; just own up that you forgot to write it down in the orders. It’s really not a big deal. What a rude and unprofessional service. I will NOT be coming back to this...

I ordered a sandwich for lunch when the restaurant was empty and waited half an hour before asking where my sandwich was. She then gave me a bill for my drink and sandwich that I never received and when i complained she said they were changing the oil and would I like to takeaway. But the staff stand at the bar happily chatting away and don't care about patrons. Hey from one owner of a restaurant to the owner of excelso you need to get your staff trained again. Awful....

Ordered Seafood platter, taste good, they are not using a ready frozen food, taste like they make it from the beginning and store them in freezer. 🍤🥑 Avocado chocolate was wonderful, must try menu! 🥑🍫 They have a lot of Avocado drink combination as well such as Avocado Coffee, Avocado Milk, etc. 🥑🥤 Pizza Cheese Crush, its not on their menu, hidden menu I assume?
