Hearing tons of good things from Bakmi Cong Sim Medan Athek, and I just even know that they got visited by One Night Food Trip by Chef Raymond Kim and Chef Jung Ho Young 😍. So pushed by this fact, I decided to give it a try 😻. And my oh my, I like it (maybe this is a biased opinion since I love noodle way to much 😬🍜). I ordered their Mie Halus Pangsit (soft noodle with extra boiled dumplings 🤤). Their noodle is typical "Medan Noodle", have a sweet hint flavor, but not too much and very savory that's why totally perfect for me, topped with choy sum, shredded chicken, sliced char siu, green onion and fried onion. It was a pleasant surprise to be served with the type of skinny thin noodle they serve in most noodle places in Hong Kong. Digging in, more surprises await...a very generous amount of meat & more digging...3 pieces of pangsit🎉...then the taste...wow one of a kind...then the yummy soup...😋😋😋
