The worst experience I've ever had in this place, we came at 12 noon to this place to enjoy our lunch, oh yes this was our first meal, the place was indeed quiet and we used a promo on grab, when we first arrived we ordered 2 glasses of cold ocha, the drinks arrived, and what did we find? The 2 glasses smelled of very pungent rags, we immediately asked for a replacement. then we ate normally. until 3 pm the first incident happened, I defecated quite frequently, followed by my partner at 4 pm, then a few hours after that, I took my diet medicine where the medicine removed toxins and unclean food in my stomach with the aim of detox. then the terrible incident began at 9 pm, my partner defecated very frequently, from normal to bloody. Then the next day, my partner had a fever, cold sweats, then finally was rushed to the hospital. The total hospital bill was 29 million ++ not including the drugs that were issued personally. After the lab results came out, the results showed that my partner had a digestive tract infection caused by bacteria in food and drinks contaminated by a bacteria, I will help attach the results that I googled. but still until now I have not received a good response, only chatted by a woman from the...

Bad impression. Not too bad. Just a bit bad. My father asked for warm water, they said they didnt serve one, so he asked for non-chilled mineral water. And his order came along. Guess what? It was a chilled mineral water. Then we ordered some stuffs, a plate for me (as i was an addition to a table of 4) and when we finished ordering, guess what? The waiter just left the table. No “thank you, please wait”. No checking back our order. Let’s hope she did not miss out. And she did. She forgot the vegetables, my plate, and the different size of our rice. Another waiter whom we complained to said that the previous waiter input the wrong order. Well, no surprises there.

But. The bad impressions was almost overcame by the meal.

The serving was luscious and beautiful. Perfect cuts and juicy meats. It was all so lovely. The thin slices and the thick cuts was both amazing. Perfect for the price tags. Great positioning.

The sauces, kimchi, and ice creams were so-so, though. Nothing really special.

The pudding on the other hand was very soft, wobbly, and heavenly. It was different to the one we had before as previously we went here they did not serve it with brown caramelly thing on top of it.

One of the best Japanese barbecue in town. I come here at least once a month and never get bored. The beef are fresh, juicy, and tender. The condiments are many and the taste is authentic. So many branches in Jakarta but this one is my favorite since it's not too crowded. One more thing, the milk pudding is soooo delicious! I like to have it without coconut sugar syrup. Service here ia very good. Waiter and waitress are very friendly and attentive. They never let our table full of empty plate, and refill our drinks as soon as the glass empty. There are smoking and non smoking area.
