Pho Ba Ba — Restaurant in Jakarta

I was really looking forward to eat their delicious pho here, but unfortunately, the service was very slow. It was 6.45 PM-ish, yet the resto wasnt that packed. I ordered a take away and I waited far too long to place my order and even longer to get my food. They even had my order incorrectly, which they should have been checking from the very beginning before they handed me the food. I ordered totebag, and they didnt give me any, until I reminded them and showed my receipt. They even forgot to give me one dish until I left their branch.

The staff seemed overwhelmed or inattentive, which really affected my overall experience. I hope they can improve on this, as the place has potential, and I know their pho is so delicious. Been dining in their Lotte Avenue and Kelapa Gading branch, but my experience here was a truly...

I never expected to find a restaurant serving Vietnamese cuisine in Jakarta. The place offers various options of pho, appetizers, and bahn mie - similar to a food court.

The pho was mixed perfectly with the broth. However, the bahn mie was okay, and I prefer another one from a different store. The fresh spring rolls were also okay, and I would prefer them from another store.

Despite this, the restaurant is always quite crowded during lunchtime. In my opinion, this is because they offer a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes that are not commonly found in Jakarta, and the prices are affordable.

Located on the 2nd floor of Citywalk Sudirman shopping mall, this Vietnamese restaurant provides fresh choices of many Vietnamese dishes and drinks. The ordering process is simple, you get a food tray and order what you want from the food stations and pay on the cashier.
