I'm so grateful and happy, finally i can try the best all you can eat Meat in Jakarta. It's Tucano's Brazilian BBQ, where all the premium Wagyu Beef are served aligned, waiting for you to try. Firstly their staff are so friendly, the first time i step into the restaurant, they welcome me so friendly and send me to the table. The Ambience are very cozy and nice interior design, especially the have Wine display, which is so eye catchy.
Tucano's Brazillian BBQ served All You Can Eat Meats from many parts of beef, which is premium and it's Wagyu. The open kitchen concept, give the customer a privilege to see how the meat grilled. They are also some banquet which is free flow, from Salad, Fried Appetizer, Pasta, Rice, Soup, Sauces, Chili, Olives, Desserts and Fruits. Anyway you can also add Wine package which is free flow, only Idr 275.000 ++
If you have limited time, simply pick the 60 minutes, which is suitable for employee who works nearby Sudirman or Pavilion. And you are allowed to order by ala carte, by portion of meats.
Here's some name of the meats that i tried"
Picanha (Top Sirloin) This is the best part of Wagyu Beef, which is super thinly slices, and roasted until golden brown and fragrant. This is the part of back (punggung nya sapi), so the meat are very tender, and juicy
Alcatra (Sirloin) This one are perfect! the meat are so juicy and well marinated, not overly seasoned and without fats. So it's good for you who love meats, without feel any guilty after eating beef.
Garlic Steak This one is my favorite! the meat are perfectly grilled and it served right in front of the customer, and cut down with a big knife from the skewers. The meat are so big and looks quite heavy. The garlic so tasty, nicely seasoned, and medium cooked, but still so juicy and melt in my mouth. Effortless to eat, no need to chew so hard. I can eat this every day, so good, packs of nutrients and protein, good for you who are on diet.
Fraldinha or Churrasco Flank Steak (Outside Skirt) This meat are totally fat free! but for me a little bit dry, not so juicy like Alcatra, but still taste good. In a way, people who love healthier stuff, should pick this one, especially if you like spicy, they give three kind of sauces, which is good for dipping and another dipping sauces that provided on the banquet section.
Beef Sausage Oh my God, this sausage are so good!! Big, Thick, and juicy, totally different from the rest of sausage in the supermarket which is thin and small. But this one are huge and juicy, love it so much. No need ketchup, cause the taste already the bomb!
Chicken Roasted This one also good, the chicken meat are juicy and the skin are crunchy, i can even hear the crackling sound.
Chicken Heart usually i try this part of the chicken, when i eat nasi uduk, and i probably will skip for it. But from now on, after i had in Tucanos, i had different feeling, it taste awesome. The texture still soft, a little bit chewy and nicely roasted, don't under estimate the small size, but it does really good.

Read moreOk, I’ll start by saying that my very positive review is largely due to the fact that Tucano’s is the only relevant Brazilian restaurant I know in town.
That said, the food is actually pretty good and the environment is very family friendly, reminding a lot the traditional Brazilian Churrascarias.
Although almost all employees are Indonesians, the chef and manager is actually from Brazil and he’s very attentive to providing a genuine experience to his customers, which I have to give kudos to.
They have a few options when it comes to eating, all of which involve a lot of it. I’ll explain. There aren’t any alacarte options, so you’re basically stuck to the “all you can eat” options, which frankly shouldn’t be a problem, given that to eat as much as you can is kind of the point of a Churrascaria.
If you haven’t ever been to one, they offer both a buffet with local food and a system of waiters going around serving all different kinds of specific meat cuts (some of which are kind of exclusive to Brazil, so if you’re a meat lover, you’ll probably want to try them all before settling for a favourite).
At Tucano’s (which by the way yes, means Toucan’s in Portuguese), you can choose to stick to the buffet only. As a pescatarian I’d recommend this option, obviously. They offer a variety of foods ranging from the typical rice and beans, going through fish or beef stews until Brazilian fried pastry (coxinhas, risoles, etc.). Vegetarians should be fine with it too, but I wouldn’t recommend going if you’re a vegan. The buffet only option should run you around two hundred thousand rupiah with taxes at the time of this review, it goes considerably up when you want to include meat and even more if you’re up to some Wagyu beef. All options include a desert buffet.
So all in all, I’d recommend anyone going at least once. It’s a very decent place, with good Brazilian food, something that’s hard to come by in this side of the world.
Read moreI went there as part of a big group of a friend's 40th birthday party. There were at least 15 of us booking weeks ahead by putting down payment to secure the table. This was my first experience dining there. My friend booked the table and was told that since it was a big birthday group there wouldn't be any time limit as per normally they give 90 min all you can eat time slot. At the birthday everything was nice, the food was exceptional, whether it was authentically Brazilian or not, we were happy with the food, we ordered extra pitchers of beers and bottles of wine as well. All went well until, my friend asked for an Ice tea refill. The waitress than said we had passed the 90 min time slot for the refill, bear in mind no one asked nor warned about this time limit just in case we wanted to add more drinks or meat order.
So my friend who organised the birthday party asked a waiter named FAHLEVI / PAHLEVI trying to get confirmation about what she was told on the phone in regards of the time limit waiver since it was a big group birthday, again, we were only trying to ask for an Ice tea refill not meat, no other thing. This server was so rude to her and was so disrespectful. He replied to her by saying "no time limit? who says that? impossible" ("ah ga ada time limit? siapa yang bilang Bu? ga mungkin") we were appalled. So we asked for the manager or whoever in charge for that shift and a guy named JANSEN came along, even more rude than FAHLEVI, JANSEN won't let my friend put a word in, give any questions or explanation, he constantly cut my friend's words and i heard him say "What? Do you expect us to give you time to eat until 10 AM tomorrow morning??!" (Gini Bu ya ga mungkin kan kita kasi waktu makan sampe jam 10 besok pagi?) OMG first of all, nope we were not, second of all it was just a simple ice tea refill, not meat, not food, and we have ordered at least 3 pitchers of beer and 2 bottles of wine outside from the all you can eat Buffet. If we had to buy additional iced tea we wouldn't mind AT ALL, if he was explaining it nicely or not belittling or condescending like what he did. Such a shame that on top of such a nice evening for a dear friend Birthday party, good food, other servers were being very nice those attitude and rudeness of JANSEN and FAHLEVI were such a bitter taste in our mouth. We loved the food, and really want to go back for more, but scared that we will be treated the same way again we won't take the risk. If I were the owner of the restaurant I would consider the employment of JANSEN especially, I never met anyone so rude in a...
