Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum - FX Sudirman — Restaurant in Jakarta

We ate imperial kitchen at Plaza Blok M but we couldn't find the location at Google maps.

They really busy during Lebaran holiday 2019. We experienced it almost in every imperial kitchen branches, they always have many customers.

They tried their best to served us even the foods that we ordered come one by one not all menus at once.

We called many times through bell or manually because we still hadn't got the puyung hai. The waitress keep asking the chef, the chef answered it with uncertainty reply whether the main course already done or not.

The puyunghai finally served after all of us done almost the rice and other main dishes.

The Chinese tea also refill and we asked them to do refill. We redeem the free mini ice snow with mango flavor.

i know that every average restaurant had their closing order at 9.30 PM. but when i arrived i still had 30 minutes to order some food, and this was the worst experience i have ever had when dining in restaurant when ordering food. are the staff got small salary or what? if you want to closed the store, politely reject your customers, tell us that you are about to closed. but instead, we were tell how many person to be seated, and thats not only us. about two other customers walk behind us, and i didn't know why they got their orders first, as if the staff purposely missed us. i'am not even eat for free, i am paying for your food. and i walked out hungry. thank you for the...
