Shout out to the outstanding staffs!! Even though it's busy and full packed, they managed to serve with heartfelt smile and patience. I love that they have a wide range of vegan vegetarian version of Vietnamese renowned dishes plus they also have free buffet of herbs condiment. Much appreciated!!! That's what I came here for, that's the Vietnam food I've been longing for. I ordered Pho, of course, and they seasoned the gravy very lightly so the main ingredients and the fresh herbs original flavour can take the main spotlight. For the beverage, I ordered Saigon Summer, a chilled drink of simple syrup with proper sweetness, mixed with diced grass jelly & basil seeds. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn't say that I'll be ordering it again next time around. For the dessert, I ordered Matcha Flan, which in my opinion is far from what matcha taste like. It's a cozy egg-puddingy jelly texture with sweet caramel honey sauce. So, most of the flavour came from its sweet sauce. For the atmosphere itself, I didn't find anything interesting in particular. However, I must praised how swift the...
Read moreMadame Mai is such a beautiful spot for enjoying Vietnamese cuisine in a warm and stylish setting. The decor is elegant with a modern touch, and the seating area is spacious and cozy — perfect for both casual meals and relaxed catch-ups.
Food-wise, everything looks and tastes fresh! I really enjoyed the Bún Thịt Nướng — the grilled meat was flavorful and tender, paired perfectly with spring rolls, fresh herbs, and that classic Vietnamese sweet-sour dressing. It’s a great mix of textures and flavors.
The fresh spring rolls were also light and refreshing, especially with their rich peanut dipping sauce — a classic done well. I also I ordered the grilled chicken, and it was super flavorful and juicy, especially when paired with their spicy dipping sauce — really brings out the taste.
Overall, it’s a must-visit if you’re looking for authentic, well-presented Vietnamese dishes in a clean and comfy setting. Definitely coming back...
Read moreGot myself a vermicelli salad with lemongrass beef. The portion was big for 1 person, so it was fulfilling my hunger. One thing that I love is of this vermicelli salad is that the dressing has an acidic taste, which blends well with the vermicelli, cucumbers, and everything else on the plate. The beef portion was a bit small though and I dont think the lemongrass spice was memorable to me. So did the fried springroll that came in with the salad. But it was a nice addition that I appreciate.
Also ordered a garlic bread which came in cruncy. It was very crunchy with literal zero softness that it didnt feel like eating a bread anymore.... maybe get something else other than that one.
Another plus point for the resto: i saw that in the menu they have vegetarian options for every dish type they own (e.g vermicelli salad has 1 veg opt, and so does banh mi and others). So i think this is a...
