KFC — Restaurant in Jakarta

I ordered food through TikTok and used a voucher to buy 2 items. However, when I arrived and scanned, only 1 item was detected. When I politely asked the staff for clarification, the response I received felt unfriendly and rather rude, simply saying that 1 app is only valid for 1 item, even though this information was not clearly explained during ordering.
