When authentic Indonesian flavors meet French culinary finesse, et voilà—you have Le Nusa. I’ve visited this restaurant a few times, and the food never disappoints. Every dish is consistently exceptional, making it a delight to explore the menu.
I always enjoy savoring the experience from start to finish. Beginning with the appetizers, I fell in love with their Singkong Goreng paired with sambal mayo. Yes, it’s just cassava—but here, it’s elevated while still honoring its humble roots. From there, I moved on to the Salmon Nainura and oysters with Jimbaran sauce, perfectly setting the stage for the main course.
My food journey continued with the grilled octopus served with sambal tempe sauce—an absolute highlight. And if you’re like me and have a hearty appetite(a.k.a big tummy), the Nasi Goreng Bebek Bumbu Cabe Hijau is an absolute must-try. Finally, to wrap up this delightful culinary adventure, the Klepon Biscoff dessert is the perfect ending.
Le Nusa weaves Indonesian authenticity with French sophistication, creating a symphony of flavors that feels just right. Bravo to the team!

Read moreVisited this restaurant recently and had a pleasant overall experience, mainly thanks to the outstanding service. The staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out.

It’s the kind of place I’d recommend if you’re looking for a calm and friendly dining atmosphere, especially for a casual catch-up or business lunch. I believe with a few adjustments to the flavors, this restaurant has great potential.
Would I come back? Yes—for the service and ambiance, and I’d be happy to try other items on the...
Read moreDuring our recent visit to Le Nusa with a party of seven, we were impressed by the restaurant's atmosphere and ambiance, and the food was generally well-received. However, we observed that the dishes could have been served at a warmer temperature. Additionally, the pacing of the meal service could be improved, as the main courses arrived shortly after the starters. We propose enhancing the mussel offerings by including raw or lightly fried options, potentially incorporating seasonings such as mini zuring or cichorel to enrich the flavor profile. Regarding the fried rice hondje, we recommend intensifying the hondje flavor and exploring alternative vegetarian options, possibly excluding shrimp. Furthermore, we noted the presence of a small piece of aluminum foil in one of the desserts of lumpur surga. We look forward to future opportunities to dine again...
