Missing this place Jjajangmyeon 짜장면, and decided to ordering some more (they still served the best 짜장면 in town 🥰. I decided to tried one of their new menu Omurice 오무라이스 which is fried rice covered with omelette and topped with homemade special sauce. Their special sauce is really similar with their donkatsu sauce 😅 (in my opinion, they use same sauce for multiple dish). I must said their Omurice kinda overpriced and the fried rice is way too bland 😅. Notes for you guys, i'm suggesting you guys to try Jjajangmyeon when visiting Legend of Noodle, still the best in town, and you can choose between Pork Jjangmyeon or Chicken Jjangmyeon. As for the Omurice, sadly i'm not recommended this one for you (but I think this menu is pretty safe for kids and toddlers 👧🏻👦🏻🧒🏻). I also ordered Tangsuyuk to complete my meal. Tangsuyuk 탕수육 is fried pork / chicken, served with sweet and sour sauce (the sauce served separately). Of course I goes for the pork one 🐷. To enjoy Tangsuyuk, you can dipped the fried pork to the sauce / drizzle the sauce to the fried pork, anyway you guys prefer it 😬. For Legend of Noodle Jajangmyeon, i'm still gonna rate them 5 out of 5, but sadly for Legend of Noodle Omurice, i'm gonna rate them 2.85 out of 5. As for Legend of Noodle Pork Tangsuyuk, i'm gonna rate them 4.5 out of 5. For more info about foods, kindly visit...
Read morePricey! Overpriced! I ordered two portions of bokkeum jjajangmyeon and one portion of small tangsuyuk which cost me Rp 300.300,-. The plates were huge and the portions seemed a lot, but nope. Bokkeum Jjajangmyeon has more onions than the noodles. The noodles only about four to five normal bites. Infuriating and disappointing! Tangsuyuk has more flour crisps than the chicken. The chicken is so small, we can’t barely taste it.
The staff also discriminated some customers, why some tables got free coffees and watermelons but some not? Shouldn’t it be the same? All tables got coffees and watermelons even though the customer didn’t ask for it? At least they could offer them. Why the staff prepares so many coffees but never offers them or serves them voluntarily to some customers?? Why some customers got coffees in the bottle and others in the cups? Shouldn’t be the same? Not a nice feeling to be treated differently and unfairly. FYI: I don’t get both!
Parking is bad too. There’s a valet service but need to pay Rp 20,000,- or we can find our own parking spot for Rp10.000,-. Isn’t it supposed to be free? Your place don’t have a parking lot, why don’t you give a valet service for free? The cost of your food is pricey and overpriced, at least gives the customer...
Read moreMy most favorite Korean restaurant to eat Haemul Jjamppong
I've been here several times already. I was recommended by Korean colleagues who lives in Indonesia for many years. They said this restaurant served good Korean dishes and they favor the taste. So I'd like to give it a try.
At the first time I ordered haemul jjamppong in this restaurant and since then I've never ordered another menu (but I tried my partner's dishes lol). I feel like I found my soul food after tried Legend of Noodle's Haemul Jjamppong for the first time.
Pros: Fresh seafood and vegetables Noodles so good so chewy so tasty Hot and tasty haemul jjampong soup Their food taste is pretty consistent Free 1.5 liter of Korean tea in a bottle Free fruits (watermelon) as a dessert Free iced/hot coffee as a closing drink Free refill for their kimchi and pickles Their kimchi and pickles taste so good Great service from the waiter/waitress They served non-halal dishes The location is pretty strategic Very worth the price
Cons: Their jjangmyeon is cold Their haemul sujebi is ordinary Difficult to get a car parking
Overall: THEIR HAEMUL JJAMPPONG IS BEYOND AMAZING AND YOU...
