You'd think that with a 4.8-star google rating with over 1.4K reviews, this place would be great. The pictures certainly look very appetizing, giving confidence that you'd have a great experience at least. Sadly, that was not the case for my friend and I.
We were only 2 people at a table, we reserved beforehand, even paid the downpayment. We arrived on time and they didn't even give us the menu right away. The atmosphere was fine, we could talk as it was not too crowded.
We ordered a lot of food. 2 brisket portions, 2 sides, and a portion of 2pcs tacos. We expect them to at least get the side dishes out first; cornribs, fries, tacos. Yet, 40 minutes in, and there is not a single plate arrived at our table. No food served. During which, we had to ask for our food twice before they finally served the tacos. Even after the tacos, we still have to wait another 15-20 minutes for the rest of our food to arrive 😠
There are plenty of waiters, but all of them were just waiting for the food at the window with their backs at the customers. They keep forgetting orders. I had to walk up to them and asked for the estimated time for the rest of the food to be served FOR THE 3RD TIME. What a service, huh?! 👍🏼
The brisket was good, fries were ok, cornribs were meh. But their wagyu A5 was disappointing AF. I think they forgot my order, made it in a hurry, and the wagyu came out looking horrible. It doesn't look appetizing and tastes less than satisfactory compared to the brisket.
And the bill doesn't even deduct from the downpayment, like whaat..!? 🙅🏻♀️
If you like waiting 40 minutes for your food, or crave a disappointing wagyu A5, or just enjoy asking for your food a couple of times before actually getting it, then you come to the right place.. ✨️

Let's start with the food. I ordered a variety of dishes, each beautifully presented and packed with flavor. I have tried double trouble, brisket noodle and ginger mango mocktail. First attempt is the brisket noodle; perfectly cooked noodle (type mie karet but smaller), topping with smokey brisket, garlic, shallot, cilantro, and complete with perfect match chilli oil. Love the chilli oil, not really oily. Second attempt is double trouble; it’s a stack of burger with generous smokey brisket, beef patty with mustard sauce (I love the mustard sauce), onion, lettuce. Since it’s quite packed burger, it’s hard to eat it with your hand hahahaha, I tried it but messy all the way, so I prefer using fork and knife.
